Contact Form Not Sending

I'm using godaddy and trying to setup the contact form and can't seem to get it to send no matter what combo of options I have tried. I would like to use the php mailer if possible and thats only one that gives me a confirm message on the site but the email never shows up. When I put the SMTP settings into the sendmail code it no longer gives me a confirmation message and just seems to do nothing. I have tried both IMAP with a port setting of 143 and POP setting with port of 110 with no result.

I have re-uploaded the site with the php mail setting and just commented the smtp out so its included to inspect since its the only one giving me a confirm send message but I need to know what else to do in order to get this form working. http://jackalopeprints.com/WIP/contact.html

Hello,

This is an Issue with the Godaddy Servers and you will need to get in touch with their Support Staff in order to fix this issue as the PHPMailer used, works fine on most servers.
