Hi there
I'm having issues with the contact form. When I use a Gmail address it sends to my inbox in minutes. When I use a custom domain address the email does not go through. When I add the SMTP info as per your documentation, the form doesn't send at all. You can view the site here www.themattchbox.com/contact. This is the production site I'm using for testing but it does the same on my clients actual site.

Apologize about the Delay. We have tried checking our your Website and the issue appears to be with your SMTP Server which is taking a Long Time to Connect eventually timing-out the Connection. Specifically, we get this Error: SMTP connect() failed .
Fixing the issue with the SMTP will automatically fix this issue.
