Contact Form - Not returning Messages but Email Sending Fine

The contact form does not return any messages (successfully sent or errors), but it is delivering the message without any problems.

After correctly submitting the form, the email is delivered but the form has the spinning icon indefinitely without any success message.

Disregard, this is related to Form Hardening on a Sophos UTM (which doesn't seem to be compatible).
