I have read other posts similar to my issue and applied the suggested solutions but still not working. I'm getting the spinning wheel, forms don't get through.

We have just checked out your Website and your include/sendemail.php File returns a 500 Internal Server Error. There are two possible issue related to this:
Either your include/sendemail.php File has not been updated properly.
Or, you will need to Update your PHP Version to a recent one so that it works properly.

Thanks for your reply, how do I update my include/sendemail.php file? I just downloaded the files last week, have there been updates since then?
Okay, just checked the php version, I'm on 5.6 and that seems to be the latest, please advise.

Can you please consider contacting your Web Hosting Provider with this issue and let them know that the include/sendemail.php File using the PHPMailer is throwing a 500 Internal Server Error. They can definitely check this for you as it appears that some components required for running PHPMailer might be missing.
