I have followed the form set up on this template but I am not receiving enquiries.
I also use recaptcha and it seems to be allowing the form to submit despite it not being checked.

We have just checked out your Website and it appears that the Toastr Notification related CSS Codes is missing from the style.css File which is not displaying the Messages returned from the Servers.
We have tried submitting the Form and it appears that the reCaptcha Validation appears to be working fine and not allowing visitors to submit the Form if they do not check the reCaptcha Box.
Upon checking the reCaptcha Form successfully, the Form is getting submitted with a successful message being returned from the Servers.
So based on this Analysis, it appears that your PHP mail() Functionality is blocking the Outgoing Emails which is why you are not receiving the Emails to your Email Account. To solve this, you will either need to use SMTP or contact your Web Hosting Providers to allow Outgoing Emails.
