After overwriting the folders with fresh downloaded ones the form now sends.

We have just checked out your Website and the issue is that your PHP File that processes the Contact Form: http://glt-inc.com/ltlquotes/include/sendemail.php returns a 500 Internal Server Error. This issue normally occurs when there is a Server Issue or when there is some issue with the SMTP Setup. Please consider contacting your Web Hosting Provider so that they can determine the exact cause of this issue.
