Hi, I have been trying to connect with you for few days now regarding resolving the contact form which is not working properly. Below are the problems:

  1. The form works randomly. It works and then it does not work. I mean I don't receive email every time I submit the form.
  2. It does not clear itself after second submission (usually).

As per previous support chats, I have confirmed with my hosting provider the following PHP functions are working:

  1. PHP file_get_contents Function
  2. PHP mail() Function

I have entered all the necessary google keys in the form.
Here's the live link:

PLEASE HELP!

Hello,

Can you please check if your Server supports PHP file_get_contents Function as it is sometimes blocked by Default on some Servers. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hi, I am sure PHP is supported on my sever. The problem arises while submitting the form. I have seen reCAPTCHA working otherwise (like picture validation etc.) Could you be please more helpful? Or if you can provide some working example somewhere? I followed all the steps to my knowledge. May be I am missing something?

Hello,

PHP is Definitely Supported on your Servers but only the file_get_contents Function does not seem to be supported or blocked. Please contact your Web Hosting Provider regarding this and they will surely fix this for you!

We are sure that this is a Helpful Solution as it works for everyone who has faced this issue. The thing is that the above function validates the User Response of the Google reCaptcha with the Google Servers so that it can be validated. But since it is not working on your Servers, this shows as an Invalid Response. Getting in touch with your Web Hosting Provider will definitely fix this up. Thanks for your Patience.

Hi, I asked my hosting provider as you said. And they have enabled this function. Here's their reply "I have now enabled by enabling allow_url_fopen and allow_url_include in php.ini file".

But now I am facing another problem. I am not receiving any email from the website form. I see the message that 'We have successfully received your Message and will get Back to you as soon as possible.' BUT NO EMAIL RECEIVED.

Also, the form does not clear itself after pressing the send button. So many issues with this form I am facing.

Please find the attached ref image.

Hello,

We Really Apologize about the Persistent Delays in replying to your Query!

  1. We Really Apologize about the Issues regarding this but this has nothing to do with the Codes or the PHPMailer but with your Hosting Environment, as the codes always remain the same and if it works once, there is no reason why it should not work the other times. We assure you that if you are facing this issue with Canvas, then you will face it with other Templates as well since this is something that is not controlled by the Template and the Servers are responsible to Send Emails.

  2. We have just checked out by testing your Forms that they are getting submitted properly and also the fields are getting cleared. Can you please consider checking this out again. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
