Contact form infinite loop, no email sent

Question

Seem to be having trouble with the contact form sending an email. This is the live URL: https://wwww.417.pl Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have checked out your Website and your include/sendemail.php File has a PHP Error. Please try fixing this error and the issue should be automatically resolved. If you have not made any changes, then it could be an issue with your Version of PHP. Please make sure that your Version of PHP is 5.6 or above.

Hi and thanks. What kind of PHP error are you getting? Is it an error that you do not get when checking the default sendemail.php that comes with canvas? I don't recall making any changes to it. This is causing me trouble with my client so I would appreciate a prompt response. Thanks again.

As mentioned above, this issue could be due to an Outdated Version of PHP on your Servers. Please make sure that the PHP is 5.6 or above as this can fix the issue by itself.

Hi again, they finally updated the php version on the server to 5.6 but the form is still hanging.

I don't want to have to resort to using a third party contact form, a solution would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

We are receiving this Message from the include/sendemail.php File upon submitting the Form:

Fatal error: Class 'PHPMailer\PHPMailer\Exception' not found in /include/phpmailer/src/PHPMailer.php on line 1703

We have released New Updates to the Contact Forms. Please update to the Latest Version and everything should work perfectly fine.
