Contact Form Freezes

Hello, I configured the form on our website, but upon testing, it freezes when you submit the form. Our web host says we are running PHP 5.3. http://spurlead.com/contact.html

Can you please help us fix it? Thanks.

PHP 5.6 or above is required for the Contact Forms to work correctly. Please consider upgrading your PHP version for enhanced security and compatibility with the Contact Forms.
