Hello, Follow these steps: 1. Your Page: https://www.perrydampf.com/schedule mediation2 File's extension should be PHP so that the PHP Functions work. 2. Now you can use: https://www.perrydampf.com/schedule mediation2?setting attorney=John . 3. To populate the Form Field based on the URL Parameters, use the following code for the Form Field: [ch pre]" placeholder="Enter the Setting Attorney" [/ch pre] This will work fine.
