Hi all,

I really need help with the contact form.
I tried everything I could and it still not working.
When I press send there is a spinning wheel and nothing happens.
The website is http://onemgraphics.com/contact.html

I would appreciate your help.

Hi again,

Is there any chance to get some help with this?
I tried both methods as per the doucmentation - PHPmail and SMTP.
I copied all the files couple times to make sure it's all in there.
The form still doesn't work.

Hello,

We have tried checking out your Website and found that your include/sendemail.php File returns a 500 Internal Server Error: http://onemgraphics.com/include/sendemail.php . Please contact your Web Hosting Provider regarding this as this issue appears to be related to your Web Server. Thanks for your Patience.

Additionally, please make sure that you are Running PHP 5.2 or Higher.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas. Thanks. :)

Thank you for your reply but I still can't resolve my problem.
I contacted my Hosting Provider and that's what I got back from them:

"When I attempt the form, it just spins and never actually attempts to send the mail.
Due to this, we are limited on the support we can offer as the form never submits and never reaches the mail server.
This may require the aid of a developer to troubleshoot why the form is not submitting.
If there is anything we can modify server side to assist further, please let us know."

Could you please let me know what can I do to make it work?

Hello,

Thanks for your Reply. As we have mentioned before, the include/sendemail.php File returns a 500 Internal Server Error, so your Web Hosting Provider will need to check the Apache Error Logs in order to identify the Exact Issue.

Additionally, the 500 Internal Server Error mostly occurs if your Server has the Older Version of PHP installed. Please check this with your Web Hosting Provider and ensure that you have at least PHP 5.2 installed on your Web Servers.

This should automatically fix the issue. Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

Hi again,

The hosting company checked everything:

"Checking the Apache error logs, the only errors being seen about this are:

[Tue Jun 14 03:55:20 2016] [error] [client 78.34.110.76] File does not exist: /home/marcin/public_html/favicon.ico, referer: http://onemgraphics.com/contact.html
[Tue Jun 14 03:55:20 2016] [error] [client 78.34.110.76] File does not exist: /home/marcin/public_html/404.shtml, referer: http://onemgraphics.com/contact.html

I have also checked all permissions on the files and this appears to be correct. Checking the include/sendemail.php, there appears to be a few items off such as the smtp settings. (These have been corrected).

Even after this change, the spinning persists. I would be unable to say what is causing the error on the include/sendemail.php as nothing specific is being logged into the Apache or php logs.

This may require the aid of a developer to assist in configuring the contact form correctly"

After that I checked my form and it's sending the email but the spinning wheel never stops and there is no confirmation or anything about the form being sent.
