Can you help me on my contact form. It is not working. I have modified the form.php file wit my email but no success.

Hello,
We have just checked out your Form. It appears to be sent correctly on the Browser and we are able to get a Message Successfully Sent notification.
However, if you are not receiving the Form Email in your Mailboxes (even SPAM Folder?), then the issue is with your Servers not sending the Mail correctly. We would recommend you to use SMTP instead: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/#docs-snippet-php so that your Mails are always delivered successfully.
