I don't understand what I could missed, but when I submit the form, nothing happen.
I followed the documentation and defined Mail sender, SMTP gateway...
The form is accessible via the button : "DEMANDER UNE DEMONSTRATION'

We have just checked out your Website and your include/form.php File which processes the Form has a Syntax Error: https://www.vtisserand.fr/include/form.php . Please fix this error and the issue should be automatically resolved.

What error ? I cannot identify it, if else, I would not ask your help

Such character could correspond to <br />.Those <br /> appear in your documentation screeshot.
I checked, everything is correct. My PHP version is 7.4

The Reply above was updated by you after we have already replied. And since PHP is a Server Side Language, we unfortunately, cant see the Codes.
Yes, there appears to be an error in the Documentation Codes (we will fix it shortly, apologies about the same) and since are not allowed in PHP Files, simply remove them and try submitting the Forms again. Thanks for your Patience.

We have fixed the issue. The issue was with the Double Quotes not properly escaped in your Codes. Make sure that you always convert the Quotes to Text Format in your Codes, even if you copy/paste the Codes from somewhere else.

The problem is that we do not have the same quotes character in french. My keyboard is different.
Can you please modify your documentation for people who might be concerned and suggest to change the “ by ".
