It appears that the Full Screen functionality on Resize is not working on your Website due to some JS conflict. Please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.
Additionally, consider adding the .ohidden Class to the #wrapper DIV.
