Need understand how works Column Fixed And Starts After Scrolling. when i scroll down then right side stops scrolling and after a few scroll it continuous scroll.
How can i do this functions on grid cols , witch class i must use ore witch code

Unfortunately, this does not work for Grid Columns at the moment but only for Sidebars. Please check this File: sticky-sidebar.html for reference.
