Color Picker

Question

Hi

You may remember I recently have had to change from an old version of canvas to a newer BS4 framework

One of the previous features you helped with was a persistent color picker.

This no longer works - it was a great feature on the site and I'm pretty sure would only be a few lines of code to change as working with new version now.

Hello,

Color Pickers are not provided by default with Canvas. Please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. But Support will be very very limited on this and we can only point you to any JS Errors on the Page (which you can check on your Browser's Developer Console). Further changes or fixes will have to be done manually, as we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy .

Ok, so i did work with you in detail on this before and it worked brilliantly. The site is https://www.redhousebarn.co.uk see the diamond icon top left it persists across the site too. I think it will be pretty quick for you to debug :) Thanks Dan

Hello, We can see many JS Errors on your Page which might be causing this. Please fix these error and this should fix this automatically. The JS File should be added after the File has been loaded. As we have mentioned in our earlier reply, these are Customizations and out of the Scope of included …
