Close button in the modal is not working.

Hi Team,

The "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" links have modals. The close button in each modal is not working. I have tried placing the modals outside the copyright and footer sections, respectively, and it is still not working. Assuming the jQuery script is part of the bundle.js. What am I missing? Appreciate your assistance.
