Hello dear team
After adding an ssl certificate to my domain atartrio.com and turning my site to a secure one,
My site refuse to show up - although I did change internal links in my index into https links.
After digging around it seems like the problematic element is inside the css1.css file.
what is the problematic element that i can change without destroying my site design please?
Are there any other recommended changes to apply after moving to HTTPS?
attached the original css1 file of my site that I want to use and used to work perfect before the https change.
Many thanks
Ofer

Hello,

We have checked out your Website and the issues do not appear with the use of HTTPs or Canvas's Codes. The issue appears to be with the Server Configuration. Canvas is ready to be built with any HTTP protocol and our Live Previews run on HTTPs: https://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/intro.html without any issues. Please consider contacting your Web Hosting Provider for this issue and they should be able to definitely help you out with them. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Many thanks!
After checking with my server support team - unfortunately they refuse to make any changes on their end.
They will not do any Server configuration adjustments for solving my issue.
All I can ask from you - since I know for sure there are one or two specific elements inside this CSS1 file that
blocks the site view, If you can please point to these elements and save me the hard time of finding it my self
you will be blessed :-)

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience! We definitely understand your concerns.

Upon checking your Website more closely, it doesn't appear that the issue is with the CSS File. The issue is only with these URLs:

https://t7c8v2i5.stackpathcdn.com/css/animate.css

https://t7c8v2i5.stackpathcdn.com/js/jquery.js

https://t7c8v2i5.stackpathcdn.com/js/plugins.js

which appears to be getting loaded from stackpathcdn.com. They have an article related to this issue: https://support.stackpath.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001458723-Learn-and-Troubleshoot-502-and-504-Errors and based on this article, it appears that these Files either do not exist on your servers or there is some permissions issue with them. Consider re-uploading these files to your Servers in their specific locations and this issue should resolve by itself.

Hope this Helps!

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
