Captcha not Validated! Please Try Again!

Hi there,

I am getting this error when I try to submit a form: "Captcha not Validated! Please Try Again!".

I used Recaptcha V3 and V2 to no avail. I currently have the V2 version and I have placed the sitekey on the contact page and the secret key in the form.php as per the instructions you provided. What are we doing wrong?

Apologies for the Inconveniences caused!

If the Keys are correctly configured in the reCaptcha Console, this should work perfectly fine (Working Example: https://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/contact-recaptcha.html). Any chances you can provide us with your FTP Details so that we can check out what is going wrong? Thanks for your Patience.

Please be advised that the website in question is in the "staging" folder. There is a coming soon version on the main folder.

Attached you will find the credential from google regarding Recaptcha.

Additionally, we have tried checking out your Files by logging in using FTP, however, we do not have any access to the Files. We can only see a Blank Folder. Please consider checking this and provide us with access to the Demo Files so that we can check and fix your issues. Thanks for your Patience.

We have checked and fixed the issue. We just edited the Files, updated the keys and that's it. Everything seems to be working for us.

Hello,

We did not edit anything or add anything extra. Simply added Our reCaptcha API keys for testing to check if it was working for our keys. It worked and then we simply added your API Keys. Everything worked then.
