I bought canvas responsive HTML and a png file comes infected with ransomware.

We have just checked out this File from the Package using https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com/ and everything appears to be fine. This probably appears to be an issue with the file on your Systems. Additionally, all the files are scanned before distributing to the users and there have been no reports regarding this.
It is recommended if you can please check this File again using a different computer to confirm. Thanks for your Patience.
