I'm trying to upload the canvas theme but right when it's to 99% upload, I get a pop up that says my link has expired and nothing is uploaded.
Canvas Theme will not complete upload onto wordpress

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
