Canvas Theme Installation lag

Hello,
I purchased today the Canvas theme as it seems very interesting. I have tried to install it on my dev environment but the pending wheel just keeps turning and it takes a very longtime with nothing happening. I have also tried on my production site and it just won't load either. Is there something else to do than just uploading the zip file that I have downloaded after the purchase?

Actually, it is not resolved. I uploaded all these files on the server using a FTP client. I thought that it should be in a folder called canvas under the wp-content/themes but it just does not work.

I need to know WHERE i need to upload these files, please.

Hello,

Really Apologize for the Inconvenience but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template (as the Title of the Item says) so this cannot be installed on WordPress.

You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.

You will need to edit the HTML Files manually with some knowledge of HTML/CSS according to your needs in a Text Editor like Sublime Text/VS Code and upload it to your Servers using FTP. That’s it.

Wow. I really blew it. I receive regularly emails from Envato with special offers for WordPress template. Yours looked so interesting that I did not realise that it was not WordPress. Is there any refund possible as I got this for a non-profit organisation that I am member of with the webmaster title but, really, this is only because I am the one who knows a little bit more than the other elderly membrers. And as you can see, this is not so brillant.
I would appreciate if you could possibly reimburse my purchase that I will ablsolutely not used as I do not have any clue on how to install such a package.
