I purchased Canvas/The Multi-Purpose Template last Dec 20, 2020 and I want to use only one template to my hosting site. I tried several times to upload the files, followed as to what is being said in the documentation like css, images, include, js and sass plus the index.html which is from demo-ecommerce.html. The problem is that, it didn't look what supposed to be look like when I uploaded to my hosting site. Is there something missing or I need to change the template? But I really want to use this ecommerce template under niche demos for my website. Could you please send me the right files that I need to upload for this so I can save time also in figuring this thing out?

Thanks so much for the Purchase!

The issue appears to be with incorrect or missing files from your Servers which is why there is a formatting issue. We recommend using our Package Generator: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/getting-started/installation/, as you can simply choose the HTML Files you need for your project and everything else will be automatically sorted and a custom package will be generated for you.

We have attached the eCommerce Niche Demos to this reply.

I did follow your advice to use the generator but still nothing is change on my website. Same thing is keep appearing. I also tried the files that you attached to this reply but still nothing happen. I am hoping I could get the right zip file for demo-ecommerce template. This is what I want to use for my website. I really need your help that I can be able to use this in my hosting site. Thanks.

Hi,

Here is my url in my hosting site https://dashnexpages.net/subdomain/1962/pages/preview/60269 to help you see what is missing. Actually this is the second time you asked me this. I attached some screenshots of the source files I got from you and I uploaded to my hosting site. All the source files like css, demos, images, include and js I compressed them all into a zip file before I uploaded them to my hosting site. I don't know what is still missing there. Looking forward to seeing the good solution of my problem. Thanks.

Hello,

We were unable to check the issue as we could not get access to your Page (see attached). Please provide us with unrestricted access so that we can check the issues and provide you with solutions at the earliest.

Additionally, you do not need to ZIP anything. You will simply need to extract the Package we have provided you with above and then simply upload them as it is. That's it.

Hi,

I did follow all the instructions you gave me but still nothing happened. Let me ask you guys if this Canva Multipurpose HTML Templates Pack has php files for all templates included in a pack or there are some templates that I can use without php files along with it? Looking forward.

Hello,

Apologies for the Inconveniences caused!

But without am accessible Live URL, we wouldn't be able to check the exact issue and provide you with a Solution. You can also consider checking your Browser's Developer Console to check what issues you are getting there.

Canvas is a Pure HTML5 Template and has only .html Files. PHP is only used for Form Email and Twitter Feeds.

Hi,

I found that the php caused from not uploading the template file to my hosting site. My hosting is not supporting php only html. My question is, can I just delete the php thing in the file so I can use all the html templates in a pack? Is it possible? Hoping it is possible. I have attached the screenshot of the file for you to see.

Hello,

Sure! You can choose to use only the HTML File and not PHP. However, Forms used on the Websites will not be functional as they require PHP. But these are optional and up to the user to use them according to their needs.
