I have renewed my support license on canvas in order to access the package generator however i still do not have access. Please could you assist me. Its rather urgent.

Apologies for the Inconveniences caused and Thank You so much for upgrading your Support License.
Since you have just upgraded your Support License, simply Logout of the Documentation and Login again. This should automatically refresh your License and the Package Generator will be accessible to you.
