I updated the information on the include/form.php lines 30-31 & 40-41. The form just sits and spins. What is missing? I am new at this and am not sure. Is there more that needs done? I have a few sites sitting until the contact form can work. www.kentuckyonejobs.com. I am not sure why it just spins. All 3 sites do the same thing. I am hosting with HostGator. THANK YOU for your assistance.

According to the issue you are mentioning here it appears to be a Server issue. Additionally, according to the error on the File: http://www.kentuckyonejobs.com/include/form.php, it appears that your Server's PHP version is less than 5.6. Please make sure that you upgrade your Server's PHP engine to latest version and this issue should be resolved automatically.
