Just wondering if this is a tool within the download files https://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/blocks.html
If not then I guess I can use this along with the Package Generator to help collect all the files that I need to help me build my website.

The Block Template are included within the Downloaded Files. You can find them inside the Latest-HTML/ Folder with the name: block-{*}.html Templates.
