Hello,

You will need to either setup the jsFolder: 'js/', to the actual location of your JS Folder or consider using the Latest Version of Canvas (v7.0.4) and Simply use the following code replacing the existing js/functions.js JS File Linking in the HTML File:
[ch_pre]
[/ch_pre]

This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

Hi
OK Canvas v7.0.4 has a fix for this issue is that correct?
If Yes, please confirm all I do is copy the folders css and js from v7.0.4 to my existing application.
Regards
Barry

Hi

The JS Code is correct: -
<script src="../js/functions.js"></script>

It points to the correct locatio ../js/..

Hello,

You will need to change the js/ Folder Location according to your requirements in the same way you did for the js/functions.js File.

Hope this Helps!

I can't do that it does not meet the folder structure I need.
In Canvas 5 , I did not have this issue.
You advised me to move the Canvas 7 and now having problems at an early stage of the migration.
The folder structure is very important to how I organize all files.
CSS is ../css/
JS is ../js/

Please resolve.

Did you try this code?
[ch_pre]
[/ch_pre]

This is according to your Folder Structure you have mentioned above. These are the changes you will need to make according to your Folder Structure. We have advised you to move to Canvas 7 in order to be eligible for Support based on the Support Policy. The Customizations will have to be done manually. You can continue using Canvas 5 if your Project requires you to use to Canvas 5. Thats completely your choice and we 100% respect that, but we currently do not support Canvas versions older than 1 year.

Additionally, since, currently Customization related Support is not included with the License according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy and https://support.semicolonweb.com/support-policy/ . You will need to manually code this or Hire Us to help you out with Customizations: https://semicolon.lemonsqueezy.com/checkout?cart=6d738b39-d6d4-4a9c-8e5c-8df15195b036 .

Thanks for Understanding.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Hi

Thank you it is working now.
My apologies, I did not read your instructions properly relating to removing script <script src="../js/functions.js"></script> and replacing with: -
<script src="../js/jquery.js"></script>
<script src="../js/plugins.js"></script>

I was focused on the mapping"../js/..

Again Thank You.

Regards
Barry
