Cant download "Canvas v4.3: Asset Downloads"

Hello there,

i bought this product yesterday.

Sadly when i visit the download site, i get an error: You do not have a License for Canvas HTML to View or Add New Replies. Please purchase a New License. And i cant also login into the site there.

Is there any chance how to fix this problem?
