Cannot scroll on mobile device (Urgent)

The premium content zoom section which is a part of the services section of my website is facing immense problems while scrolling on any mobile device. It doesn't respond to scrolling by touch which makes it impossible to scroll through the website on the phone.

Please let me know if I'm missing any script or code so I can rectify this ASAP.

PS: The issue is faced only on mobile devices.

PS: Solved it. There was a bug in the Javascript code.
