Cannot get portfolio single page to load properly

For some reason, when I load up the portfolio-single-image.html from the portfolio section, it loads up very oddly in that the title is the only thing that has a white background and it's left aligned on the screen, not like a modal or example shown. Granted, I am mix-matching pages here... taking a one pager and using different components. I've looked over the included css and js files, and all seems well there. You can check out the dev site I have at https://excelsiordevcore.azurewebsites.net/. Not, I'm not using the template from the PHP file or anything PHP related as this is a .NET application, but I don't believe that has anything to do with it.

Thank you,
AJ

Also seems like none of the icons (mainly social icons that would be on the right side, etc) load up. I have other sites that use Font Awesome, etc hosted on the same platform without issue. Any ideas?

Hello,

We have checked out your Codes and the portfolio-single-image.html is not compatible with AJAX as it contains the entire HTML Document. Use include/ajax/portfolio-ajax-image.php instead.

This will automatically fix your issue. Hope this Helps!

Hello,

This issue is because the Default Codes have not been used. Adding the .portfolio-ajax-modal Class to the Main AJAX Container will fix this issue. Additionally, make sure that you are using the Default Codes first and then making edits to it according to your needs so that you can keep a track on your customizations and fix the issues more quickly.

Hope this Helps!

Hello,

Unfortunately, this is a result of many incorrect customizations on your Website. The AJAX Portfolio Modal opens Full Screen on your website where as this is not the case with the Default Templates included and the Modal opens perfectly fine. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . And it is Highly Recommended to start building the Modal part from scratch which would ensure that you do not encounter unexpected issues in the Future. Thanks for your Patience.
