Cannot Download Revolution Slider even after Purchasing the License for US$16

Question

Hi!!

I tried downloading the Revolution Slider last month after downloading the updated files and I got a message "You do not have a License for Canvas HTML to View or Add New Replies. Please Purchase a New License". I immediately paid $16 and purchased the license on 20.06.2019. After that I again went to the Revolution Slider folder and clicked on the download and I am again receiving the same message.

Would appreciate if you can let me know how do I download the revolution sliders and integrate it with the website. Awaiting a quick response in this regard. Cheers!!

Hello!!

Thanks a lot for your prompt response. I downloaded the file, but when I unzip it it gives me an error. It gives the same error while unzipping the Revolution Slider Documentation and after that the unzipped folder shows empty. I am attaching the Revolution Slider Documentation error for your reference.

Hello,

This issue is not related to the Template or the Download. It appears that this error is due to the Long Chain of Sub-Folders where you are trying to Unzip this Folder. Try placing this Folder on your Desktop, then unzip this and it should work fine.
