Hi, its my first time using and html template and is pretty amazing! but i cant manage to make the contact form work, can you guys can take a look and see what im doing wrong?

We have checked out your Website and the issue is on the Form Processor being forbidden: https://www.land.irstcash.com/include/form.php . This File and other PHP Files should be executable by the server for proper functioning of the Contact Forms and to be able to send emails. Since this is controlled by your Hosting Providers, please consider contacting them and asking them to fix this issue with the PHP Files.
After that the Contact Form should work perfectly fine automatically without any changes required (except if you would like to setup SMTP: https://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/). Hope this Helps!

I contacted my hosting and after they corrected the permission now the form show this error:
Email could not be sent due to some Unexpected Error. Please Try Again later.
Reason:
SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/TroubleshootingSMTP server error: Failed to connect to server Additional SMTP info: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

Glad the permission issue was resolved.
Regarding the issue with SMTP, this also appears like a Configuration or Settings mismatch issue. We are not sure if the Host Value land.irstcash.com is correct because it usually starts with smtp. Please consider contacting your Web Hosting Provider again and make sure that the Host, Port and SMTPSecure parameters are correct. This should be enough to make the Contact Form send the Forms successfully.
