Canvas Support

Can not open image files by browser

I bought canvas right now, and I tried to open several files.
But I can not open files by google bowser. I copied the page by pdf. Please see the file named "example1.pdf".
I deleted caches but that could not solve the problem.
I opened developer tools and there are descriptions like these;

How can I solve this problem?

We have just checked out this File within the Package and it appears to be working fine for us: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/portfolio-single-both-sidebar.html . Can you please make sure that the Package has been completely downloaded and properly extracted so that there are no unexpected issues?
