Rather than linking to the fonts, I'd like to host them on my website's server to ensure they display properly. Can I do that?

Hello,
You can definitely host the Google Fonts on your Servers, however, please make sure that you use the same name for the Fonts in your CSS Files as downloaded along with the Proper Path to ensure that you do not face any unexpected issues.
