can't see proper image on internet explorer

I'm using demos-business html file for my new homepage.
But for the first page, I can see some error on explorer.
In Chrome, it shows fine. But when I see the same page in explorer, it shows funny image.
You can check through the attached files.
First one is the one I can see on explorer, and the second one is on Chrome.
How can I solve this problem?
