Can't get newsletter signup to work?

Question

Hi! We aren't using Mailchimp we're using a type of email provider called ACK ONE. It gives options for a form but when I put in the options, the click function that lets users successfully subscribe/puts up successful status message doesn't work. http://nga911.com/amber/ is the page. It's in the footer. I have the form newsletter subscribe up the way I think you want it to be set up in aboutus.html without adding in the ACK ONE push. Can you let me know what I'm doing wrong?
