Hi,
I'm 15 minutes into this web template and I changed the logo to my .jpg image and it does not display. Is there a max size? If so, how can I change this?
My image is Height 89 by 500 Length.
Thanks,

Seriously?!? I've saved this image as JPG, PNG, small size, large size. It simply will not show on the page.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IMAGE???? IS CANVAS TECH SUPPORT ALIVE OUT THERE????
Any reply yet, or do you just take people's money?
Hello,
Thank You so much for your Patience. But please allow us to reply back within 12-14 Hours.
There are no special requirements for an Image. The Image and the Codes you are using appears to be fine. However, can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

No live site. I confirmed it is Microsoft Edge that is not displaying it. Internet Explorer is showing the logo.
Hello,
Thank You so much for the Information! Can you please confirm if this is working fine in Other Browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Safari? Also, can you please check if your Image Extensions were saved in the Small Characters as this might fix the issue. Thanks for your Patience.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
I seem to be having this problem also, with a slight variation: The image does appear and behave properly on a laptop, but the image does not show in the header on an iPad or iPhone. Was there ever an indication what the problem was?
Hello,
Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.
Additionally, please make sure that you have added the .retina-logo for the Logo too since the Retina Image is displayed on iPhone, iPads and other Retina Devices. This should automatically fix the issue.

Well, then - that was simple! I hadn't considered that if I didn't provide a Retina logo, it would show nothing rather than fall back to the standard logo.
I tried it the way you have it now (two separate logo designations), which worked. But ultimately, I was able to enter the logo just once, but apply both classes to it (standard-logo and retina-logo) and it worked.
I am not at the point where the Retina logo is meaningful for this project, so it didn't make sense that I try to include it.
Actually, forget the last response - I DID need to have both logo classes in separate calls to display properly on all platforms and screen sizes. The combined classes had worked on the iOS devices, that that broke the standard computer layout! All is well now with two different logo classes. Thanks.
Hello,
Really Glad that your issues were resolved. Thanks for your Patience.
