Can't find "Corporate 2" in Niche Demos

We have the html5 version of Canvas. It appears to offer a "Corporate 2" demo: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/index-corporate-2.html

However, the html/demos folder does not seem to contain that demo. (See attached screenshot.)

Do we need the WordPress version of the Canvas theme to use the Corporate 2 demo?
