Can't display jQuery animation & error "e.toFixed is not a function"

Hi, I'm using "one page" as my template. Everything worked fine at first. However, one day the jQuery animations to animate the numbers in the screenshot started to disfunction. I have no idea what I did wrong. I simply changed some texts and photos, but didn't modified the structure. Simultaneously, the console kept displaying the error "e.toFixed is not a function" in the js files. There appears to be some Javascript Error on the Page which is causing this issue. From the first glances, we can see that the jQuery.countTo Function has the issue and might have not been parsed properly from the js/plugins.js File. Can you please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.
