Simply consider using the Border Radius utility classes from here: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.4/utilities/borders/#border-radius .

Hello,
To make the Form rounded, simply add a Custom Class, Ex: .custom-form to the <form> Tag and then use the border-radius Property to add the Border Radius. It is recommended to use the css/custom.css File since this is a Custom CSS Code and this will be helpful during Updates. Additionally, make sure that you have checked out the Documentation > Start > Customization Section for complete details on how to use the css/custom.css File.
