Hello,

You are using the Older Versions of Canvas and this design will require customizations. Please consider updating to the Latest version of Canvas as this will be handled automatically and will center the Buttons or any other content in the Header.

Since Canvas is a HTML Template, you will need to make the updates manually. Make sure to check the Migration Guide related to updating from v5 to v6: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/upgrading-v5-to-v6/migration/ .
