I Think I found a bug. The JS Email validation on contact forms accepts "test@test" without TLD.

Thank You so much for Pointing this out to us. However, this actually is not a Bug. We have just checked this out with the Plugin's Official Documentation and it seems that they taken this Route deliberately to follow the current Official HTML5 Standards: https://github.com/jzaefferer/jquery-validation#reporting-issues-and-contributing-code . So this works in the above way by default.
