Bouncing effect with Parallax

Question

Perhaps I have overlooked something, but when I add a parallax section to the page, and you swipe down on the page, it bounces as you will find here. What would you recommend?

Thanks for checking. When the parallax section is removed from the page, the bouncing phenomena disappears. When returned, it reappears.

Good morning I know that with Safari the bouncing effect is significant. I checked in Firefox and it seems to make the screen flash. Best Regards

Time to bring this back to the fore. A page with a parallax section bounces severely when scrolled down and released.
