botcheck on iphone

Question

Around a month ago I ask a question regarding what the botcheck does in the form scripts which you answered.

Since then I have noticed an issue when submitting the form on an iphone.

When use chrome on iphone and it automatically populates the form fields I get a bot check error. If I don't allow this to automatically populate and fill out each field manually I do not get the error.

So there must be a difference in the way the automatically populate works on the iphone to a desktop computer. The iphone must populate the hidden field.

Can this be resolved?

Thank You so much for reporting this to us! This indeed is something unique to us! We will surely try investigating this more as you mentioned this issue only tends to occur only on iOS Devices.

Meanwhile, since you are using reCaptcha which is already a very powerful spam protection functionality, you can simply remove the Bot Check Input field from the Form's HTML Code and everything should work fine automatically.

Thanks for the reply. I will disable the bot check where needed.

Just so you know I experienced the same issue on same other validation software too.
