Blocks -> Event Schedule; Next day link on mobile

Utilizing block-event-schedule-scroll.html, the "Day 2", "Day 3" etc. links are not functional on Chrome or Safari on ios, or Chrome on Android (therefore assuming all mobile). Also "Day 1" to go back to top when on Day 3. All works as intended on a PC with Chrome though.
