block portfolio single grid photos - no arrows to slide

Question

Currently building the new site using the construction template. Trying to incorporate photos on click with arrows to browse thru. What am I missing?

First, I'll happily purchase the additional license didn't realize, and was trying out the theme to redesign this website. 2 I did have the data lighbox on the first set of images.
