blank page on revolution slider editor

Question

Hi !
Just purchased canvas which is supposed to include revolution sliders and allow sliders setup via revolution slider jquery visual editor.
I successfully installed the slider editor through revslider-standalone package /install .
But then when trying to access revslider-standalone/index.php or revslider-standalone/admin/ I get a blank page, no error.

My host runs php 5.4 with all supposed prerequirements filled.

I cannot provide ftp access as this is my clients's property.

Can anyone help ?
