Hello, I am non-technical and bought you script, and over the last 6 months have been asking for help! Will you help!
I cannot install and get this product to work, so if I gave you a cpanel, could you assist in installing this and get it to work?
What exactly is the product? Am I getting templates to use?

Thanks for your Patience and Apologies for the Inconveniences caused!
Canvas is a static HTML5/CSS3 Template and installation is simply like Plug and Play. Consider generating a Custom Package here: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/getting-started/installation/ according to the HTML Files you need for your website and our Package Generator will sort the Files for you to download. Suppose, you need the demo-seo.html Template, simply choose this File in the Package Generator and then press the Generate button. A Custom Package will be generated for you only based on your selected file.
And then you can simply edit those HTML Files manually with some knowledge of HTML/CSS according to your needs in a Text Editor like Sublime Text/VS Code and upload it to your Servers using FTP. We recommend starting with a Localhost Setup on your personal PC/Macbook before you deploy using FTP (in the public_html (Apache) or /var/www/html/ (Nginx) Folder). After you finish editing, you can simply rename the demo-seo.html Template to index.html on your Servers.
Since, currently Customization related Support or Installation Support is not included with the License according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . You will need to manually set this up or Hire Us to help you out with Customizations. Thanks for Understanding.
