Be able to activate multiple tabs

Hi!
I have a very specific question for a very particular need I have and I was wondering if it's something that can be done either with tabs or with other element. I want to show a 3D render with several parts and I want to be able to show or hide these parts, currently what I have is a group of tabs and each show a different image, I have 3 images; one with element A, other with element B and other with both elements A and B, but I would want to be able to activate either of these elements so I could activate button A, activate button B or activate both buttons. As I said, I currently have a group of tabs, is there a way to be able to have 2 or more tabs active at the same time? Or do something similar with another component?

I'm attaching an image that I think explains better what I'm trying to achieve.

Thanks so much for the very detailed explanation. We have tried testing this and implementing this as you have suggested and we can confirm that this is not possible with Tabs since the Tab's primary functionality is to Display Content depending on the Tab Selected while hiding the Other Tabs. We would highly recommend you to consider using a Simply Toggle Show/Hide Button like this: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_toggle_hide_show.asp . This way you can have multiple Active buttons and show Multiple Content. This would also work in a much better and non-conflicting way.
