Hello,
Based on your issues, it appears that the Bootstrap Icons are not loaded on the Page which is causing this issue. You can check this by going to your Browser's Developer Console and you can see more specific error related to this. Make sure that the Bootstrap Icons are getting loaded and this issue should be automatically resolved.

But icons are properly loaded in other pages. i have only issue with lightbox. for your reference i'm sending css details.

Hello,
The Codes used on your Website are incorrect and not the same as provided with the Package Files. The css/magnific-popup.css is no longer used in the newer versions of Canvas and has been already included in the style.css Files. So simply deleting the css/magnific-popup.css should fix this issue.
